No. You never browse listings or pick a factory yourself. You brief us on the job, and our team sources, vets and negotiates with manufacturers on your behalf.
You are not exposed to the factory directly. We verify the business, its export history and its capability before any deposit is paid, we hold the supplier relationship rather than handing you to it, and deposits are tied to agreed milestones instead of paid in full up front. If a supplier fails to perform we pursue it and re-source the order, and you deal with us here in Australia throughout.
There is no subscription or listing fee. Each job is quoted as a single delivered price, product, freight, duties and service costs included. The price you approve is the price you pay; no hidden fees.

Once you approve a proposal we raise a Stripe invoice or payment link for the deposit, then the balance at the agreed milestone. Supplier and freight costs are tracked against the same job record.
No. The platform is our internal operating system. You receive secure links for your brief, proposals, e-signatures, invoices and status updates, nothing to learn, nothing to maintain.
Freight is one stage inside a broader job. We also handle sourcing, sampling, production oversight, QC, customs and final reconciliation.
It depends on the product and the lane. Tell us what you need and we will be upfront about whether the numbers make sense, smaller trial runs are often possible.
We inspect before dispatch to an agreed AQL. If goods fail, dispatch is held and we pursue rework, replacement or credit with the supplier.
It varies by product. We work across manufacturing regions in East, South and South-East Asia and match the region to the process for each job, rather than holding a fixed country list.
