Quote comparison and negotiation
We collect quotes on a like-for-like basis so you compare the same thing across suppliers, then negotiate price, tooling, minimum order quantity and payment terms on your behalf. You see landed cost in Australian dollars, not an ex-works number that hides freight and duty.

Quality control
Quality is agreed in writing before production begins and checked while it runs. We arrange pre-production samples, in-line inspection and a pre-shipment inspection against your standard, and we hold dispatch until issues are resolved.

Freight, logistics and customs
We book sea, air or consolidated freight based on your deadline and budget, prepare the documentation, manage customs clearance and arrange delivery to your warehouse or third-party logistics provider. Tracking is shared throughout.
