Process

Transparent from brief to delivery

Every job follows the same six stages. You always know where your goods are, what has been paid, and who to call.

  1. 01

    Intake

You complete a brief through a secure link we send, or our team captures it with you on a call. Product, specification, volume, budget and deadline. If the specification is incomplete we work through it with you, including materials, tolerances, packaging and any Australian standards that apply.

    • Free of charge
    • No obligation to proceed
    • Typically 24 hours to first response
  2. 02

    Sourcing and quotes

We shortlist manufacturers from our network, verify they can actually produce the item, and negotiate pricing and terms, using anonymous or double-blind quoting where it protects your position. You receive one proposal with comparable options, priced in Australian dollars to your door.

    • Business and capability verification
    • Sample review
    • Landed cost, not just unit price
  3. 03

    Approval and invoice

You approve the proposal and e-sign the order. We raise a Stripe invoice or payment link for the deposit, then the balance against agreed milestones. Every dollar in and out is tracked on the same job record.

    • Written specification sign-off
    • Stripe invoice or payment link
    • Milestone-based payments
  4. 04

    Production and quality control

We place the order, monitor the production run, arrange pre-production samples and in-line checks, and complete a pre-shipment inspection to an agreed AQL before anything is dispatched.

    • Production updates on a set schedule
    • Independent inspection
    • Dispatch held if goods fail
  5. 05

    Freight and customs

We book sea, air or consolidated freight, prepare documentation, handle clearance, duties and compliance, and coordinate the domestic leg through to your site.

    • Duty classified before booking
    • Clearance and compliance handled
    • Domestic delivery coordinated
  6. 06

    Delivery and reconciliation

Goods are delivered to your warehouse or third-party logistics provider. Final payment is settled and we close the job with a reconciliation covering costs, quantities, inspection results and anything to change on the next run.

    • Door delivery
    • Final settlement
    • Full cost reconciliation
