Accessibility

Open Dock aims to make opendock.com.au and our client platform usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology.

This policy sets out how we operate. It does not replace the terms of a signed services agreement, which prevail where they differ.

Last updated: 3 September 2026

1. Target standard

We work towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across our website and client platform.

2. Known limitations

We are continuing to improve accessibility and have not yet completed a full audit against every WCAG 2.2 success criterion. Some third-party embedded content, such as maps or payment widgets, may not fully meet Level AA and is outside our direct control. We are working through these areas as we find them.

3. Reporting a barrier

If you find a barrier using our website or platform, email info@opendock.com.au describing the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if relevant. We aim to respond within one business day.

4. Alternative formats

If you need information from us in an alternative format, contact info@opendock.com.au and we will arrange a suitable option where we reasonably can.
