Our story
Open Dock exists because importing is rarely one problem. It is a supplier problem, then a quality problem, then a freight problem, then a customs problem, and each one sits with a different party who is not accountable for the others.
We took the whole chain in-house as a service. Our team finds and vets suppliers, negotiates and quotes, manages sampling and production, runs pre-shipment inspection, books freight, clears customs and delivers to your door. One brief, one proposal, one owner.
Behind that sits our own internal operating system, where every job carries its brief, proposal, e-signature, Stripe invoices, supplier costs and shipment status on a single record. Clients never log into it, they get secure links and straight answers.
